Personal Development with a Mental Health Coach
We all experience ups and downs and sometimes navigating all that life has to offer can be a challenge. Feeling sad, lost, or anxious doesn’t make us weak, it makes us human! Working with a Mental Health Coach can help you gain better appreciation of your personal strengths while helping you to develop the skills necessary to develop areas where you’re limited.
You can call them life skills, executive functioning skills, or emotional intelligence skills… regardless, we are here to help you better understand what they are, how they help, and what you can do to develop them! This kind of personal development is highly linked to improved mental health and wellness, and deeper connections in interpersonal relationships.

MEET YOUR PARTNER IN BECOMING UNSHAKEABLE
Hi, I’m Joan MacMillan
I’ve been studying human behaviour since 2001 and have a natural curiosity to gain a deeper understanding of ‘Why people do the things they do.’ My passion for lifelong learning, combined with a genuine interest in human behaviour, has helped me better understand the underlying concepts of mental health and wellness, emotional intelligence, and developmental psychology.
I work every day to help myself and our clients become better today than we were yesterday!
